We have designed OnePricePhoto as Royalty Free Photo Stock, where, designers, skilled photographers, artists, talented beginners, and ordinary creative people can sell their digital photo experiences or vector illustration. We provide buyers (advertisement agencies, designers, and businesses) with affordable royalty free images. Our prices start at $0.85 per image. We pay high commission to artists! Our commission payments start at 50% of our earnings.

How to become a member
You can browse OnePricePhoto as a guest, (search and view images or read our news, help, etc.), without registering however, the most of pleasure when using our site will pass you - only registered members can upload or download images. So, sign up! Moreover, becoming an OnePricePhoto member is FREE, we do not have any registration charges whatsoever.
To register, go to Home page and click on Register tab, you will be prompted from there. It is very important to fill out the registration form precisely and read our TERMS OF USE & MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT. You will not be able to finish registration process and use many of main OnePricePhoto features without providing us with a valid e-mail address.
After submitting of the registration form, you will receive an e-mail from OnePricePhoto with an account activation link. Please, click on the link and your account will be activated. We respect your privacy and do not allow anyone to establish your identity. Your name will not be displayed on OnePricePhoto, instead users will be able to see your nickname (your Login name). However, we also require accurate, honest and real, your legal information when you are creating an account with us.
Browsing OnePricePhoto and what you can do!
OnePricePhoto is the Royalty Free Photo Stock. We provide affordable royalty free images and vector illustrations for buyers, and we create a way to earn money for artist and opportunity to show images for both! Using of our site allows you to buy or sell stock images or vector illustrations.
We use OnePricePhoto`s local currency – “credits” on our Website. You will not be able to buy and download images without prepurchasing of credits. Credits may be purchased by clicking on Buy Credits link on My Account page, which is located on the right side of page, or on Photo Details page (buy credits link). You can buy credits only after logging in.
How to buy credits
- Click on Buy Credits link on My Account page, which is located on the right side of page, or go to any Photo Details page and find Buy Credits link on the bottom.
- Select the desired amount and payment method, and then submit.
- Confirm purchase
You can buy as low as one credit, but it is better bargain to buy more – they come in packages. You can choose which is more suitable to your needs.

We will offer several ways to buy credits. Now you can use PayPal account and direct conversion of your earnings into credits. Earnings can be obtained through selling your photos or vector illustrations. We are accept credit cards such as VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discovery.
Buy credits now
In order to find needed image you`ll have to type some keywords related to this image into the search box, which is located on the upper left of every page. After clicking on the “Search” tab, you will see all images related to these keywords. Define your search by select “Illustrations” or “Photos” from the dropdown box “Match:” and choose search parameters (if you like) such as: “Relevance”, ”Newest”, ”Most Downloaded” etc. from the dropdown box.
Finally, you have made a decision and you want to purchase a particular image. To download the image click on “Download” button under it, then select desired license type, read our User Licence Agreement, check “Accept” box and then click“Download” button on next appering page. If you have enough download credits, save file window should appear.
You can track your downloaded images on My Statistic page. Here you can see all images that you‘ve downloaded, their licenses, prices and dates of purchase. You will have 24 hours acces to download any image in case if there are problems with the first downloading attempt. In order to download purchased image again, click on the Buy Again Button at the end of the row.
Your Account!
My Account is your main profile source page. Here you stay in touch with every available option on our website. By using My Account you can see information about your uploads, downloads, earned or spent money. Via this page you, as user, can buy and sell images. To edit your profile go to the Edit My Profile page.
If you sell images, all tools you need is under My Account tab. There you can upload, edit, and submit images for sale, see detailed statistic images on sale, view your earnings, request payments, and convert your earnings into credits
If you buy images, go to Buy Credits tab from My Account. There you can buy credits, and Download History page helps you keep track of the images you downloaded.
To login into My Account please enter your login name and password into the login form on the top of the every page. If you forgot your login name and/or password, you can send it to your e-mail address by clicking on the "Forgot pass" button on next page appering after failed login.
You can edit your account info and personal details on the My Account page underEdit My Profile tab. In order to change your password you have to click on the “Change My Password” tab in “My Account Page”, and type the new one twice..
You can add images that you like or plan to buy to a Lightbox by clicking on the “Add to lightbox” tab at the bottom of the image from Photo Search page. In order to see or manage a lightboxes, click on Lightbox tab from My Account.
To remove an image from the lightbox just select an unwanted image and click on the “Remove selected photos” button at the bottom of the Lightbox page.
Sell your image!
The main purpose of OnePricePhoto is to help photographers, designers, and other creative persons to sell their images.
Here is a short guide, how to start selling your artwork and earn money:
- Register
First, you need to be a member of OnePricePhoto. Please read our User Licence Agreements/Membership Agreement and Supplier Agreement and if you agree to them register, log in, and go to My Account.
- Upload
Now, you can start uploading your images, but read our Photo Upload Rules and/or Vector upload rules first and notice that your images are not posted on OnePricePhoto automatically; our judges decide on them first if they are good enough for sale. Judgment is based on Photo and Vector upload rules (image quality, composition, subject, and metadata information.)
- Edit & Submit
After uploading, you have to edit image preferences before submitting it for sale: description, keywords, categories and add model releases if applicable. Uploaded images will be under To Be Submitted tab from My Illustration section of My Account Page.
- Earn Money
If you are going to upload images to the OnePricePhoto, first, please, read our Photo and Vector upload rules !

Using the UPLOAD
- Go to Upload tab on My Account page.
- Select up to five images.
- Wait patiently - the upload process may take several minutes.
- After Uploading you should be transferred to the To Be Submitted page.
- Type the Description of the image.
- Select Model or Property Releases if needed. Model Releases
- Select image categories. Add keywords separated by commas and spaces. Notice, that in order to make your image easily searchable you will have to add your own well-defined and specific keywords too.
- Click on the Upload File(s) button
Remember, that the easiest way to sell your stock photo many times is to keyword your image with the right relevant keywords and give them the right descriptive description. Tagging your images with the very most relevant keywords will definitely increase your sales.
OnePricePhoto does not tolerate keyword spamming, so there is short guide!
- Do not keyword microscopic, not important content in your image.
- Do not type irrelevant keywords.
- Do not use too much synonyms. Buyers probably will not search images by old-fashioned words, which you have found in the vocabulary.
- Put colors as keywords it they are a main or important part of the image.
- Do not put articles and prepositions as keywords; which, those, and, the, in, this, on, one, a, but, etc.
- Using of adjectives is a good idea. Describe feelings or mood of the image.
- Do not type `generics` such as "photo", "photograph", "image", "picture”. These words could be applied to any image.
OnePricePhoto accept editorial stock. That means:
- If you have an image that's newsworthy, and it contains people, and it doesn't have a release, then you can select 'Editorial, does not need release' at the keywording phase of the submit process.
- The Difference between editorial stock and commercial stock: Commercial stock photographs are used in ads, promotional brochures, posters, etc. that advertise and/or endorse products or services. "Musts" for these images usually include: healthy, wholesome models; politically correct subject matter; this year's trends, hues and colors. These photos frequently are taken on assignment, or they come from files of stock photos that depict standard catalog images: waterfalls, sunsets, striking scenes, clouds, contrived family settings like a young couple picnicking in a city park or healthy-looking senior citizens cycling through colorful autumn leaves. Model releases are required for commercial stock photos, since their purpose is to endorse or help sell something.
- All editorial photos will have a disclaimer below them indicating that the image may need additional releases to be used in a commercial manner.
- Editorial stock photos are used as illustrations in books, magazines, informational periodicals and electronic media, educational materials, etc. Editorial stock photos frequently include people, depicting them as they are in real-life situations, not the stereotypical set-ups of commercial stock. Through their editorial statement these photos are inherently more unique and content-specific than the more generic commercial stock photos. Editorial buyers need "believable" pictures, not manufactured images. Model releases are not needed, in most cases, for editorial photos, since their purpose is to educate and inform.
Rules for images intended for sale
- Member must be the owner of the uploaded images. Uploading images found on other stock photography sites results in the termination of your membership.
- Images, which intended for sale, must not contain any copyrighted material such as paintings, copyrighted photos, logos, or any other media content, which is copyrighted.
- OnePricePhoto.com does not sell images that contain logos and trademarks. Before uploading such images, remove these out from it.
- OnePricePhoto.com requires a written Model Release or Property Release for images that have identifiable people or easily recognizable commercial buildings, businesses or private property on it. Model and Property releases are available here and they must be attached to images when submitting for sale. Images depicting a minor must be accompanied by a model release that was signed by that minor`s parent or legal guardian.
- Images that contain partial or full nudity especially created in an artistic manner are welcome but images that contain nudity of artistic value must be accompanied by a photo ID of the model (add it as model release). Violence, x-rated content, or any illegal content are not permitted.
Images that are creative and useful will be certainly accepted. Images should be of good quality and composition.
When you select Content for selling:
- Inspect all your Images to make sure that they are free of noise, dust, and scratches.
- Make sure your images are correctly exposed and in-focus.
- Rotate the image if necessary.
- Adjust brightness and levels.
- Keyword your images carefully in English only (all keywords have to relate directly to the image)
- Send full-sized images.
Make sure that you ARE NOT going to send:
- Upsized or downsized images
- Images with date or copyright stamps
- Framed images
- Blurred Images with excessive noise or bad quality
- Snapshots with heavy shadows from camera built-in flash
- Very Dark Images/Dark Images
- Images of people without signed model releases
- Similar images (the same images with slight variation on the angle or the same images in color, black and white, sepia)
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- File format: JPEG (RGB)
- Minimum dimensions: 2000*2000 pixels.
All Images those failure to comply with the requirements that stated above will not be accepted to the selling. If your photos or images were not accepted for sale, they will be removed.
OnePricePhoto.com accepts graphics for sale, rasterized or in vector format:
- Illustrations
- Character designs
- Icons sets
- Digital paintings
- And everything else that fits to stock
REQUIREMENTS FOR RASTERIZED GRAPHIC IMAGES
- file format: JPEG (RGB)
- minimum dimensions: 2000*2000 pixels
REQUIREMENTS FOR VECTOR FILES
- JPEG (RGB) rasterized sample file, 800*600 pixels or higher
- ZIP file containing vector file (Adobe Illustrator 8 EPS) – You also can add other vector formats (Adobe Illustrator EPS, Adobe Illustrator AI, Corel Draw CDR, etc.) in your ZIP but EPS 8 is essential.
- Vector file must not contain opened paths and unclosed paths that filled with color.
- Model release for traced portraits
- Vector file must not contain text that weren`t converted to outlines
OnePricePhoto.com requires a written Model Release or Property Release for images that have identifiable people or easily recognizable commercial buildings, businesses or private property on it.
A model release is a signed legal document from your model (your subject) giving you permission to use and sell their photos. A property release is a signed legal document from an owner or legal representative of the property (your object) giving you permission to use and sell its photos.
For images with people (either single or group), you must upload to OnePricePhoto a signed model release, otherwise these images will not be approved for sale.
In order to attach model or property release you have to download, print, fill out and sign our PDF file release and then scan or take a shot, upload them as a JPEG file.
If you have your own Model Releases you can use those too, but they must be essentially the same.
Our commission payments to artists start at 50% of image price.. See the amount of your earnings on the My Financials section on My Account page. You can also Payout Request and Convert your earnings into credits here. Detailed statistic (how much the image has earned) is available in My Statistic section on My Account page.
OnePricePhoto.com will pay you commission for each image sold. You can see the amount of your earnings on My Financials Section on My Account page.
Your earnings can be both: converted into credits and used on the Website or requested to transfer to a Paypal account or Send by check.
The minimum payout request is $30. We will make a payment to you in three-seven days after receiving your Payment Request.
